CARY, N.C., Jan. 6, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- In adherence of the FedRAMP Ongoing Assessment & Authorization process requirements, Autonomic Resources has successfully completed their first annual FedRAMP security assessment. Autonomic's ARC-P™ Community and Private IaaS platforms were the first FedRAMP accredited clouds starting in December of 2012; therefore, they were the first to be required to complete the re-authorization process, certified again by an independent Third Party Assessment Organization (3PAO).
In this reassessment, over 100 NIST controls were independently (re)inspected by our 3PAO, assuring that Autonomic's ARC-P™ cloud had been and was continuing to operate within the acceptable FedRAMP Joint Authorization Board (JAB) risk levels.
This successful and timely re-assessment validates Autonomic's sustained commitment to holding their landmark FedRAMP P-ATO and demonstrates that they will continue down the path of timely reporting through FedRAMP continuous monitoring. ARC-P™ remains a JAB authorized system that meets the rigorous standards and risk tolerance levels set by FedRAMP.
