Lappland Goldminers AB announces that the company’s application for an additional extension of the pending restructuring process was approved by the Lycksele District Court, Sweden, on the 10th of January 2014. The approval includes an additional three months period ending on the 24th of March 2014. The approval also covers the wholly owned subsidiary Lappland Goldminers Fäboliden AB. At present the company is focusing on the preparation of a final proposal to successfully exit from the ongoing restructuring process for both the parent company and the subsidiary and simultaneously secure a long-term survival and economic growth.
