Vendini Hires Mark A. Dirsa as Chief Financial Officer

Industry Veteran Brings Expertise as Company Accelerates Growth

Dirsa has more than 20 years experience in the ferociously competitive business of directing and acquiring multimillion dollar investments, corporate mergers, acquisitions and sourcing of capital. He has negotiated structure, pricing and documentation for over 50 diverse domestic and international financings with high-tech companies totaling over $2.0 billion, and started the high-tech corporate finance practice in San Francisco for the largest commercial bank in the world.

Recently, Dirsa was CFO at Mobile Complete, Inc. where he oversaw the sale to Keynote Systems, Inc. He remained at Keynote until its purchase and privatization by a private equity firm. Prior to Mobile Complete, Dirsa was the Vice President of Finance at Radiocentral, Inc.

In addition, as CFO of Alexa Internet from 1999 to 2001, he successfully negotiated and sold the company to Amazon.com in a multimillion dollar stock transaction.
