RENAULT : Communication regarding the availability of a Supplemental to the EMTN Program Base Prospectus

Renault SA filed a supplemental to the EMTN Program Base Prospectus dated May 15, 2013 (visa N° 13-214) with the Autorité des marchés financiers (the "AMF") on February 21^st, 2014 and received visa N° 14-051 from the AMF on February 21^st, 2014.

Copies of the supplemental are available free of charge in the head office of Renault SA - 13/15, Quai le Gallo - 92100 Boulogne-Billancourt. 

The supplemental can be also consulted on the website of Renault SA (www.renault.com) as well as on the website of the AMF (www.amf-france.org).
