Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) Taps Scribe to Improve Care

The Ohio DODD's imagine initiative transformed an inefficient, fragmented paper-based system into a seamless, flexible, coordinated system of care built on Microsoft Dynamics CRM that provides simple, secure and mobile access to information and a common data repository for DODD staff and providers.

Primarily managing queue-based integrations, Scribe now connects seven different environments and automatically pulls data from various systems (including billing, provider registration, demographics, etc.), giving the Ohio DODD a way to quickly set up new patrons or move existing individuals into the integrated system with just a click of a button.

The Ohio DODD plans to expand the successful initiative across all 88 County Boards of Developmental Disabilities (CBDD) in the state and integrate more back-end and billing systems.
