The election of staff to the Bank’s Board of Directors was implemented very recently and accordingly the following three individuals have been elected:
- Jarl Oxlund (new member), head of Sydbank Kreds and a Sydbank employee for 27 years
- Margrethe Weber (re-elected), board member of Sydbank Kreds and a Sydbank employee for 39 years
- Alex Slot Hansen (new member), Executive Vice President, Private Banking of Aabenraa Region and a Sydbank employee for seven years.
The terms of office of these newly elected employee representatives will take effect following Sydbank’s AGM on 13 March 2014.
