Further to the announcement made on the Company on 20 February 2014 an application for the 3,411,570 H Shares of 0.1p each has been made for the shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities, with dealings expected to commence on 11 March 2014.
