Lappland Goldminers informs about the ongoing restructuring process

As part of the application for a composition arrangement that Lappland
Goldminers submitted to Lycksele district court, described in PR from March 4th
2014, the District Court has now set a date for a so-called creditors meeting.
The meeting has been set to take place at Lycksele district court at April 1st,
13.00 p.m.
