Dr. Ioannides, President of Structural Affiliates International, has achieved international success in integrating the steel industry into regions of the world where concrete construction is dominant. He has served on a variety of national and international committees and forums and has published dozens of papers on highly analytical, as well as practical aspects of structural engineering.
Headquartered in Tennessee, Dr. Ioannides has managed personnel globally to design and implement structural steel into high-rise construction projects. He was the national winner of the Engineering Award of Excellence from the American Institute of Steel Construction in 1998.
