DEALING BY PERSON DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY

The company has been notified that Andy Baker, a person discharging managerial responsibility within G4S plc, today bought 4,325 ordinary shares of G4S plc in South Africa. The shares were bought at 228.174p per share.
