One portfolio discloses fingerprint identification technology while the other discloses retractable lighting systems. These IP packages are available via sealed bid with a bidding deadline of July 31, 2014. Bids for these lots will be accepted starting July 29 through July 31.

In the disclosed technique, fingerprint images are captured using a scanner and taken from the area of interest. The scanned images are then transmitted to a remote location to be analyzed. Real-time chemical analysis is also performed providing instant feedback. Computers are then used to match a fingerprint with one included in a large database of individuals in order to identify the person of interest. This system effectively eliminates the probability of fingerprints being compromised while collecting the samples.
Retractable Lighting Systems: The patents in this portfolio relate to lights that are electrically connected to each other via retractable cords to prevent tangling and sagging. The system includes a retractable housing member providing communication between the lighting units. The retractable component includes reels that hold the wires, and can be repositioned or adjusted independently allowing easy placement of the lights. The lighting units also automatically return to a compressed length allowing for quick and easy storage.
