Pet Valu and World's Tallest Female Dog Team Up to Help Local Pets in Need

Pet Valu is raising mammoth support for pets in need this April with the help of Morgan ― the world's tallest female dog! A five year old Great Dane from Southwestern Ontario, this gentle giant is the Guinness-record world's tallest female dog and one of Canada's biggest advocates for Pet Appreciation Month.

Measuring 38.6" at the shoulder and weighing 218 lbs, Morgan will be visiting select Pet Valu locations during Pet Adoption Weekend from April 11-13th to lend a PAW for homeless pets. She's also encouraging pet lovers to visit Pet Valu stores across Canada to show their support by buying an official PAW for $1, $2, $5 or $10 or donating much needed products and supplies.

Now in its fourth year, Pet Appreciation Month raises money and supplies to support abandoned, homeless and abused animals in communities across Canada. 100% of the products and dollars are donated to local pet charities, rescues and shelters.
