Dukat has joined the company as Chairman, President and CEO. Mr. Dukat has a strong track record of success as CEO of four software companies over the past 13 years, including Indus International (Ventyx), a software company with asset and customer management solutions serving the utility industry.
Most recently, Mr. Dukat was Chairman and CEO of Campus Management, a leading provider of software solutions to over 1,300 higher education institutions in 35 countries, where he successfully drove an acceleration of sales growth and oversaw the development and delivery of industry-leading products to the largest and most respected higher education institutions. Prior to Campus Management, Mr. Dukat served as CEO of StarCite, a global leader in Web-based solutions for strategic event management. At StarCite he oversaw operations, strategic planning and development of new revenue models. Prior to StarCite, he served as CEO of Indus International (Ventyx), where he increased revenues and integrated four acquisitions. Mr. Dukat began his enterprise software career at JD Edwards, where he took on roles of increasing responsibility and ultimately ran a several hundred million dollar division. Mr. Dukat received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the State University of New York College at Buffalo.

Mr. Dukat's appointment follows Blake Young's resignation as President and CEO of Comverge. Mr. Young had served as a director of Comverge since 2006 and CEO since 2010. During Mr. Young's tenure at Comverge, the company solidified its leading market position in the demand response industry and developed leading products and services, including IntelliSOURCE, an enterprise-class software platform used by utilities to manage their demand response programs. Mr. Young will have an ongoing involvement with the company as an advisor to the board of directors.
