White has been elected to the company's Board of Directors. White is a thirty-year veteran of the golf industry with experience in international businesses, sports marketing, business "start-ups", and long range business development.

The former Dunlop executive will be advising the company on a wide range of strategic, operational, and financial matters. His prior experience includes numerous notable accomplishments including developing branding, packaging and advertising for the Dunlop XLT-15, DDH, DDH Tour and related DDH brands, sourcing of Dunlop's Tour balls from Sumitomo's (now Srixon) factories in Osaka, Japan, and negotiating Yamaha Sports' golf ball business relationship with Bridgestone while launching the brand in Europe. Joe was previously the President of Ajay, Inc., Gary Player Sports, and is currently the CEO of Sector Sports.
