The 2014 Four Winds Invitational Seeks Volunteers

SOUTH BEND, IN--(Marketwired - May 8, 2014) - The Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Indians and its Four Winds® casinos, are seeking 200 volunteers for the 2014 Four Winds Invitational, which will be held from Friday, June 20 through Sunday, June 22, 2014. An additional 20 volunteers are needed for the 5K Run and Fitness Walk, which will be held on Sunday, June 15. Both events will be held at Blackthorn Golf Club, located at 6100 Nimtz Parkway, South Bend, Ind. 

For the golf tournament, volunteers are needed to the fill the following roles: caddies, cart and shuttle drivers, driving range assistants, food and beverage servers, marshals, spotters, scorers, and standard bearers. All selected volunteers must be at least 16 years of age prior to June 1 and are required to pay a $25 fee by June 1, which is for a tournament shirt, hat, and one round of golf at Blackthorn Golf Club. Food and beverages will also be provided to volunteers on each day of service. The 2014 Four Winds Invitational will be held from Friday, June 20 through Sunday, June 22, at Blackthorn Golf Club, located at 6100 Nimtz Parkway, South Bend, Ind. The tournament will feature a field of professional women golfers from around the world competing on the Symetra® Tour - Road to the LPGA®. Cydney Clanton, of Concord, N.C., won the 2013 tournament on the seventh playoff hole.
