Rella Holding A/S has today received the following notice from Nordea Invest Fund Management A/S regarding a major shareholder’s reduction of its share of Rella Holding A/S to below 5%:
“On behalf of Fondsselskabet Nordea Funds Ltd. we hereby announce, that the total shareholding in Rella Holding A/S (ISIN DK0016033889) as of 8 May 2014 amounts to 1.058.468 shares equaling 4,72 percent of the company.”
