B2X Care Solutions Appoints Pat Ransil as VP of Technology

In this role, Pat will lead the IT Technology Team to further develop B2X's product portfolio and continue to drive B2X as a technology-enabled global customer care company.

Pat is a Silicon Valley veteran with international entrepreneurial experience, bringing more than 25 years of expertise in building effective software development organizations and delivering high-quality innovative products across a variety of industries, to B2X. Through his previous roles, he has a deep understanding of software technologies such as high traffic web sites, cloud/web services, distributed systems, mobile apps, ecommerce, database, big data, and has worked with a team that delivered Amazon Web Service SimpleDB. He also developed the world's first complete interactive TV system supporting 10 million client devices. Additionally, Carpooling.com, Logitech, Pageflakes, and Amazon are just part of his extensive experience working in senior roles developing technology and leading global teams. Pat holds a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from University of California, Berkeley and a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Virginia.
