The company consulted with the Nebraska Workers' Compensation Court, to increase efficiencies and manage costs regarding their fee schedule update processes resulting from Medicare revised rates in 2014.
The state of Nebraska passes an updated workers' compensation fee schedule into law in June of every other year using updated data from Medicare and other proprietary sources.
