ETM Appoints Nikki Pethtel to the Position: Director, Accounting & Consulting

CEDAR RAPIDS, IA--(Marketwired - May 21, 2014) - ETM, developer of Wings Plus for statutory financial reporting and tax compliance -- and UPExchange for unclaimed property reporting -- has hired Nikki Pethtel to the newly created position: Director, Accounting & Consulting. Pethtel will build a consulting practice to drive product-subscriptions and service revenue in insurance financial and investment reporting. Pethtel previously worked with ETM staff members during her tenure at Brown Smith Wallace and the Millennium Consulting Services, LLC.

Pethtel has more than 15 years of insurance experience, including property/casualty, captives, health plans, life, and TPAs. Her varied background in insurance regulations gives her a firm understanding of statutory and regulatory reporting, risk-based capital analysis, reinsurance analysis, examination preparation, and other services. Prior to joining ETM, she served as CFO of CareSource and AllCare Health Plans, assisting in the development and implementation of the Oregon's first Coordinated Care Organization (CCO). She was appointed to workgroups at the State level to help craft rules, procedures, and matrices to be followed by the new CCOs. Most recently, Pethtel served as director of the regulatory and insurance services practice at Stone Carlie, LLC, a CPA Firm based in St. Louis, MO.
