Oticon employees work with a sense of urgency knowing that people are waiting for their devices to be returned after refurbishment, or for new ones to arrive. UPS will be back that evening to pick up devices that must arrive the next day at audiology or medical offices, thereby ensuring clients can quickly resume their normal activities.
