DAYTON, Ohio, May 27, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- MacAulay-Brown, Inc. (MacB), a leading National Security company delivering advanced engineering services and product solutions to Defense, Intelligence, Special Operations Forces, Homeland Security and Federal agencies, announced today it has been awarded a five year, multiple award Indefinite-delivery/Indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract by the United States Navy (USN).
Under the terms of the Joint Force Development Services (JFDS) contract, MacB will provide training and operations support services to the Joint Staff Deputy Director J7, Joint and Coalition Warfighting and Combatant Commanders. The services will directly support the Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS) Joint Force Development Vision to unify core responsibilities directly under the Chairman, JCS.

According to the Navy, seven companies have been named to the JFDS IDIQ contract. Teams will compete for task orders that support Joint and Coalition forces through simultaneous concept development, experimentation, training environment development, lessons learned, doctrine and training.
