Botticelli. Botticelli joins the team as Director of Investment Strategy and Head of Pension Portfolio Management.

His 17 years of experience at Verizon Investment Management Co. adds deep pension expertise to Hirtle Callaghan's broad capability.

Mr. Botticelli joined Verizon Investment Management Corp. in 1997, quickly advancing to the roles of Analyst, Senior Analyst, Director and finally Executive Director of Global Investments for the pension plan, 401k and other affiliated plans. As Executive Director, he reported directly to the CIO and was responsible for manager selection, due diligence and supervision of $40 billion in Global Equities, Global Bonds, Hedge Funds, Currencies and Commodities. Some of his more recent projects include pension risk transfer, target date diversification and the application of LDI (liability driven investments) solutions.
