NEW YORK, June 9, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AlixPartners, the global business-advisory firm, has been honored by the German business magazine brand eins, in its 2014 ranking of the best consulting firms in Germany. AlixPartners was ranked No. 1 in interim management, No. 2 in restructuring and No. 3 in the chemicals and pharma sector.
The survey was conducted among 5,500 consultants and businesses during October 2013, in cooperation with Statista, a leading German research and statistics company. The poll asked for an evaluation of consultancies in different industry sectors and specialist expertise. In a second panel, an additional 174 high-ranking business executives representing Germany's prime standard stock index were interviewed. A total of 276 consulting firms made it to the rankings – out of 15,000 listed in Germany.
