Gregorio Reyes Joins RiverMeadow Board of Directors

SAN JOSE, CA--(Marketwired - Jun 10, 2014) -  RiverMeadow Software™ Inc., developer of the world's only automated server migration platform for carrier and service provider clouds, today announced that Gregorio Reyes has joined the company's Board of Directors. As a board member, Mr. Reyes will utilize his experience with a number of leading, innovative technology companies and play a key role in managing and directing the operation of the organization.

Mr. Reyes spent nearly 20 years in the Semiconductor industry in various executive positions with National Semiconductor (1962-1967), Motorola (1967-1968), Fairchild Semiconductor (1968-1978) and Eaton (1978-1981). He has been a private investor and management consultant since 1994. Prior to that, he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Sunward Technologies, Inc., a provider of rigid disk magnetic recording head products for the data storage industry, which he cofounded in 1985 until 1994. From 1986 to 1990, he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of American Semiconductor Equipment Technologies. From 1981 to 1984 Mr. Reyes was President and CEO of National Micronetics a provider of rigid disk magnetic recording head products for the data storage industry. He received a B.S degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a M.S. degree from Stevens Institute of Technology.

Mr. Reyes currently serves on the board of Seagate Technology. Prior board positions include AMCC, C Cube Microsystems, Chairman of the Board LSI Corp (recently acquired by Avago for $6.6 Billion) and Chairman of the Board Dialog Semiconductor Plc.
