The change in fiscal year end aligns the Company with its reporting obligations to the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission ("CRTC") for its television and radio assets. The Company's annual financial reporting disclosures for the fourteen months ended August 31, 2014 will be due by December 29, 2014.
