In his new role, Moore will serve as the Charlotte-based technology firm's head of customer service and will be responsible for ensuring that specific, tailored payment solutions are delivered to each client in a way that maximizes their ability to meet business goals.

Prior to joining EasyDraft, Moore served as a business analyst and team lead for AmWINS Group, Inc., where he helped clients solve intricate issues with their insurance products. Before that, he spent nearly 11 years as both a business and systems analyst in the banking industry, working first as a systems consultant for Bank of America, then later as a business and systems analyst for Wachovia Bank.
Moore received his bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and is a certified Project Management Professional.
