(OTCQB: AMPG) ("AmpliTech" or the "Company"), a trusted provider of RF/microwave, microelectronic, and low noise amplifiers for critical and high-reliability, wireless and commercial applications, announced today that they have entered into a joint venture agreement to develop new SATCOM (SATellite COMmunication) products to support the growing demand from domestic and international OEM's (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and customers. AO Technologies, the French and UK based companies that have a proven history in microwave sub-system and component manufacturing serving the large Satellite service providers such as Eutelsat, Thales Alenia Space, Yahsat and Arabsat has joined AmpliTech to support more product development using AmpliTech's state-of-the-art SATCOM LNAs and subsystems and combining them with AO's already widespread earth stations and systems integration technology.
