Executive Education Program to be held the week of September 22-26.

NEWARK, N.J., July 31, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via PRWEB - The Institute for Ethical Leadership (IEL), located at Rutgers Business School, is offering a new Mini-MBA in Ethical Leadership. The executive education program, being held the week of September 22-26 at Rutgers Business School in Newark, features learning experiences and case studies on ethical challenges and opportunities for business, nonprofit and government professionals to help them lead ethically and effectively. "This program provides tools for tackling the toughest challenges, those without easy answers," says Ann K. Buchholtz, PhD, Rutgers Professor of Leadership and Ethics and Research Director at IEL.

According to IEL Executive Director, Judy Young, "This Mini-MBA includes ethics and values, corporate social responsibility, compliance, crisis communication and how to create and sustain an ethical culture. Participants will gain knowledge and experience in ethical leadership and critical decision-making skills." Participants are able to directly relate to the content and material, allowing them to immediately apply their learning to their current work place. It is designed to empower, challenge and provide additional tools that will enable leaders to review their typical responses to ethical challenges, identify different options, and create and execute an ethical culture. To this end, ethical breaches may be avoided and reputations sustained and enhanced.

This Mini-MBA is designed for experienced or high potential executives and managers as they focus on developing and sustaining an ethical culture, and values-based leadership in day-to-day operations, challenges, and dilemmas. Participants will hear from professors and expert practitioners about their journey as leaders and the challenges and opportunities they have faced. Upon completion of the program, participants will receive a Certificate in Ethical Leadership. The program runs from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, September 22 – 26, 2014 at Rutgers Business School in Newark, NJ.
