Dave Magee Promoted to Market Leader of Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce Seattle Office

SEATTLE, WA--(Marketwired - Aug 11, 2014) - Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce today announced that Dave Magee has been promoted to the position of market leader for the Washington region which includes the offices in Seattle and Bellevue, Wash. In this new position, Magee will be responsible for growing Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce's market share across all services for both investors and occupiers.

In this position, Magee will direct business development, recruiting, key client relationships and support all business lines. Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce's platform includes brokerage, leasing, capital markets, property and facility management, project management, as well as related services.

Magee has 30 years of experience in commercial real estate in the Puget Sound area. He has specialized in tenant representation, office leasing and investment sales, significantly impacting the Seattle office market. He has completed a number of major transactions with Alaska Airlines, Raleigh Bikes and The Boeing Company.

Actively involved in the Puget Sound business community, Magee is a CCIM candidate and is on the board of the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA) and is a past co-chair of the Seattle Area Programs committee for NAIOP. He is a frequent speaker and panel member at NAIOP and WSCAR's continuing education seminars, as well as the past president of WSCAR. Magee is a graduate of the University of Washington, where he received a B.A. in zoology and rowed for the National Champion University of Washington Crew. He has lived in the Seattle area for more than 50 years, where he presently resides with his wife and two children.
