(Pink Sheets:VPER), is pleased to announce that the Company (in partnership with Apollo Metro Solutions, Inc.), has expanded their partnership agreement with ADALI Holding (www.adaliholding.com/eng) by joining in the formation of the new corporate entity Adali Technologies.
Adali Technologies will be the Exclusive Manufacturer and distributor of Apollo Metro's proprietary SMART LED CITY lighting solutions for Streets, Highways, Warehouses, and Airports; including the telecommunications and mobile communications features housing the LED street lights.
The new subsidiary of Adali Holding was created to specifically capitalize on the growing demand for lower cost lighting, and the more efficient environmentally-friendly technology that will drive the mobile communications needs throughout the cities and major roadways worldwide. Adali Technologies will focus on Turkey, Oman, and the CIS countries including Russia, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, and others in the region. The new company will start with 3 showrooms featuring a complete line of SMART LED products, including a showroom in Istanbul (where the parent company is headquartered) and in Ankara, Turkey and Oman.
As Chairman of the Board of Adali Holding since 2011, Batur Adali will lead Adali Technologies.
