DAYTON, Ohio, Sept. 2, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- MacAulay-Brown, Inc. (MacB), a leading National Security company delivering advanced engineering services and product solutions to Defense, Intelligence, Special Operations Forces, Homeland Security and Federal agencies, announced today that it has been awarded a major Indefinite-delivery/Indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract by the Government Services Agency's (GSA) Federal Acquisition Service (FAS). The multi-billion dollar, unlimited ceiling, One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) IDIQ has a base period of five years and one five-year option for a total ordering period of 10 years.
According to the GSA, "OASIS is the federal response to the growing need for a streamlined governmentwide acquisition vehicle to reduce agency duplication for both commercial and noncommercial agency needs." The core disciplines of the contract will include program management, management consulting, logistics, engineering, scientific and financial services.

MacB was one of 37 companies to receive an award in Pool 6. In total, 74 companies have been named to the OASIS Unrestricted IDIQ. Services will be provided by means of task orders with specifically defined scopes, deliverable products and schedules.
