CosmoLex Cloud-Based Software Adds Legal Practice Management Functions

NORTH BRUNSWICK, NJ--(Marketwired - Sep 17, 2014) - Today, CosmoLex released version 2.0 of their cloud-based software. This update fleshes out the application into a comprehensive practice management solution.

The new features leverage the client and matter information already in use by CosmoLex's billing functions to give users added practice management capabilities, such as appointment setting, docket management and calendaring. This latest version turns CosmoLex into an end-to-end solution for small law practices, covering both front and back office activities.

Law firm activities, such as billing, scheduling and task management, must be organized by matter for both operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. However, small firms often cannot afford the expense and expertise required for intra-office networking and large-scale case management tools. CosmoLex users have already been enjoying the benefits of its cloud technology, such as anytime, anywhere access without a local IT requirement.
