They will also help the company to optimize costs, enhance the subscribers' experience, accelerate speed to market for promotions/offers and increase operational efficiency based on objective evaluation of Key Performance Indicators.

- Managed operations for Comverse ONE in Jamaica and Barbados
- Managed operations for Comverse next-generation voicemail, USSD solutions
- Test Factory: Testing for new services
- Operations and Application development for IT Middleware and Mediation Systems
By applying best practices of preventive maintenance and analysis of events and trends, Comverse will identify opportunities to reduce risk and expand business opportunities.
