STUTTGART, GERMANY and BASEL, SWITZERLAND--(Marketwired - Sep 23, 2014) - PE INTERNATIONAL, a global sustainability software and services firm, has been selected by UBS Global Asset Management's Real Estate business, (GRE) to help implement and manage the sustainability scorecard for its portfolio. Using PE INTERNATIONAL's SoFi software, UBS will use the scorecard to measure and track all KPIs and targets to meet its sustainability goals.
The overall goal for GRE is comprehensive reporting as an instrument for controlling the sustainable development of its 900 properties in Switzerland. The company will collect and document sustainability performance indicators for the complete portfolio, control the progress over time and use the extensive BI and benchmarking functions that SoFi software offers to systematically improve sustainability performance.
