Notice of AGM
Following the announcement on 29th September 2014 of the Company's Final Results, DXS is pleased to confirm that it has now published its annual report and accounts for the year ended 30th April 2014 (the "Annual Report and Accounts").
The Company also confirms that a notice convening the Company's Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") has been posted to shareholders. The AGM will be held at the Company's offices at Wrecclesham House, Wrecclesham Road, Farnham, GU10 4PS on Wednesday 5th November 2014 at 10.30 a.m.
