The QASymphony Advisory Board members include Doug Curling, Jon Hallett, Keith Klain and Andrew Somoza.
Doug Curling is currently Managing Principal for New Kent Capital and New Kent Consulting, a private investment company and a business advisory services firm, respectively. New Kent Consulting is comprised of former ChoicePoint Inc. executives who work with public and private corporations and private equity firms. Curling was previously ChoicePoint President, COO & Director. During his tenure the company completed 34 acquisitions, grew from $430 million to $1 billion in revenue, and was sold to Reed Elsevier in 2008 for $4.3 billion. Jon Hallett brings thirty years of entrepreneurship, investment and chairman experience to the table. He serves on numerous boards and is presently Chairman for data center management software vendor Stratacloud. Hallett is also Board Director for CloudTags, Chairman of Salesfusion, and Executive Chairman of BetterCloud. Hallett is involved at the Board level with Cloud Sherpas, and is a director at Hallett Capital. He was Executive Chairman for Northridge Systems for eleven years before it was acquired by Perficient.
Keith Klain is currently the CEO of Doran Jones Testing. With over twenty years of multinational experience in enterprise-wide testing programs, Klain built global test teams for financial services and IT consulting firms in the US, UK, and Asia Pacific. He designed the Per Scholas STEP program, and has been instrumental in its growth and continued expansion. He is a current member of the Board of Directors for the Association for Software Testing and was the recipient of the 2013 Software Test Professionals Luminary award. Klain joined Doran Jones from Barclays, where he ran the Global Test Center of over 1,700 resources.
Andrew Somoza, former CSO of AchieveIt and Co-Founder/VP of Sales at Vendormate, is now the Chief Sales Officer at Voxa. Somoza has a long track record of growing early stage tech startups into successful companies. A proven entrepreneur, he has over fifteen years of experience in sales leadership and business development. Prior to AchieveIt and Vendormate, Somoza held various sales management positions with Lancope, Borland Software Corporation and Starbase Corporation.
