New York, NY -- Robin Abrams and Alan Victor of The Lansco Corporation/CORFAC International represented Brora in the lease of a 1,000-square-foot retail location. Brora operates 15 clothing stores in the U.K. and this is their first retail outlet in the U.S. The store is scheduled to open at 1200 Madison Avenue on November 11.
"Brora explored several markets in the Northeast and ultimately determined that a Madison Avenue store was the ideal U.S. showcase for the brand," Abrams reports. "The lease is part of an ongoing trend of contemporary fashion brands expanding north on Madison Avenue."
The store will be in a large residential building that covers a city block and includes upscale retailers on the ground level. With its signature Scottish Cashmere, Brora makes clothing and accessories for women, men and children.

Tempe, AZ -- Tyson Breinholt, Trent Rustan and Josh Gosnell of Commercial Properties, Inc./CORFAC International represented the seller of an 11,424-square-foot office/retail building located on the northwest corner of Greenfield Road and Presidio Street in Hewson Dover Business Park in Mesa. A doctor purchased the building from Fisher Holding Company LLC for a little more than $1 million with plans to renovate for use as a medical practice.

Mainline Enterprises, LLC purchased the property from LGLB, Inc. in a sale-leaseback investment opportunity.
