The audit was performed by Olsen Thielen & Co., LTD, a Certified Public Accountant and Consulting firm that specializes in integrated compliance solutions, including conducting SOC 2 examinations. The Service Organization Control (SOC) Reports, developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), is the most widely recognized set of criteria, providing organizations with a uniform method for disclosing independently assessed information about the design and operation of internal controls related to their services. Companies who complete an annual SOC 2 examination are able to demonstrate a substantially higher level of assurance and operational visibility than those companies who do not.
Completion of the examination is further evidence of Syringa Networks ongoing commitment to operational and process excellence. Specifically, this is verification of the company's security as well as integrity of its management and operational processes at their colocation facilities. The Service Auditors' Report issued by Olsen Thielen, as an independent third party, demonstrates that Syringa Networks control activities are being effectively designed and executed.
