FAIRFIELD, Conn., Nov. 18, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Foundation Source, the nation's largest provider of comprehensive services for private foundations, today announced the appointment of Dennis Ladd as Managing Director. Mr. Ladd, an acknowledged industry veteran in New York's financial services industry, brings nearly twenty years of business development experience to the company. He reports to National Director of Sales Yvonne Dahl.
According to Ms. Dahl: "The state of New York is a key market for Foundation Source. It is home to a great deal of wealth, both old and new, making it a hub for private foundations and home to a robust advisory and estate planning community. Dennis understands the New York market, possessing the deep financial services acumen and business development experience necessary to serve the needs of high-net-worth donors who are considering starting or already have a private foundation."
For much of his career prior to Foundation Source, Mr. Ladd worked with FactSet Research Systems, a company which provides financial data and analytic tools. Most recently, he served as FactSet's Senior Vice President, Director of Sales for the New York Investment Management team where he led a team of sales consultants and product specialists, oversaw the on-boarding of new clients, and enhanced existing client relationships. Earlier roles with FactSet included Vice President, Mid-Atlantic Regional Manager and Vice President, Institutional Sales.

Among his many volunteer positions, Mr. Ladd served as the FactSet New York Community Outreach Chair from 2011 to 2013, leading charitable activities out of the New York Office.
