The idea behind the Billboard giveaway contest was to share your business's success story that exemplifies how far your business has come either in a word document, video or image. Entering the contest had a lot to do with how Search Solution Group perceives them in the recruiting industry. They wanted to do something that was not what the board of judges was expecting to receive. The first video was shot in first person of Tanner's view detailing his nap schedule, eating habits and how hard it is to get anything done in the office since the addition of other employees in the office. The second entry was a story on Search Solution Group ending with a video proving the level of expertise the company now has as a team of headhunters. Both entries show Search Solution Group before it had started, showing the vulnerability of the company's initial struggles and path to the headhunting power house they are now.
