Change in Precise Biometrics Nomination Committee

Can Durmaz joins Precise Biometrics’ Nomination Committee as a result of Uno
Jonsson leaving the Nomination Committee due to personal reasons. Following
principles decided at the Annual General Meeting, members of the Nomination
Committee shall consist of the accepting three major shareholders and a request
to join has been made to Can Durmaz, representing 4 300 000 shares through own
holdings and companies, which has been accepted.

The Nomination Committee now consists of Torgils Knutsson Bonde, Robert
Andersson, Can Durmaz and Torgny Hellström. For more information visit
