Search Solution Group shared their story through the eyes of one of the company's most crucial employees, Tanner, a chocolate lab. A truly pet friendly video was created detailing the beginnings of Search Solution Group and how much growth has occurred over the past 12 years. The video titled "Tanner's Perspective" features a male voice-over speaking for Tanner, Lacie the office Shih Tzu/bichon and office employees from a dog's eye view. The Charlotte Observer took all Search Solution Group employees and dogs to the billboard so photographer Diedra Laird could snap a picture of the whole group under their 'Christmas marketing miracle.' Communications Director, Angelique Morabito, was the one who came up with the brilliant idea to enter into the billboard competition without Gnozzo's knowledge. Morabito also submitted a written account detailing the company's full story, but it was the video that won all the attention. Angelique Morabito expresses how winning the billboard for the company was "the ultimate marketing Christmas present!"
While giving advice on how to start a business and how learning what not to do can become your most valuable experiences while running a business, Jeremy Gnozzo expresses personal details on what made him want to start his own headhunting business.
