Since returning, the ice cream's availability grew from an initial limited distribution in central Pennsylvania and several other states, to a significant brand position with major retailers in a large number of states.

To celebrate its first year successes, Yuengling's Ice Cream will launch its "Free Ice Cream for a Year" contest on its social media sites. Fans simply need to share their favorite flavor of Yuengling's Ice Cream (method of sharing varies based on social media platform). Yuengling's Ice Cream will also host a birthday party on January 16 from 5-7 p.m. at Roma Pizza in Pottsville, PA. Fans who stop by will be treated to free cake and, of course, Yuengling's Ice Cream. There will also be forms at the event to enter the Free Ice Cream for a Year Contest.
