Horndasch started in her new role just before the new year and is responsible for all new business development, sales and marketing for Associa Chicagoland.

Horndasch has more than 15 years of experience as a community manager, is an Illinois-licensed Community Association Manager (CAM) and has been awarded the designations of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) and Association Management Specialist (AMS®). She is a member of the Illinois Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) where she has served on the Board of Directors from 2007-2014 and as president in 2013-2014. Horndasch is involved with the Association of Condominium, Townhouse and Homeowners Associations (ACTHA), the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the Apartment Building Owners and Managers Association (ABOMA).
