ProVen VCT plc (the "Company") announces that Beringea LLP has been appointed as the Company's Administration Manager in place of Downing LLP. Grant Whitehouse resigned as Company Secretary to the Company, and Beringea LLP was appointed Company Secretary to the Company, on 13 January 2015.
