OAK BROOK, IL--(Marketwired - Jan 20, 2015) - Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC®), a global non-profit that creates, finds and supports programs that directly improve the health and well-being of children, elected two new members, Grace Fung Oei and Javier Goizueta, to its global board of trustees beginning January 1, 2015.
Grace Fung Oei is the former vice chairman, corporate and institutional clients of Standard Chartered Bank Limited in Hong Kong. Oei has worked in investment and wholesale banking for 36 years building managing senior relationships and advising clients across 13 countries in Asia. During her work in the financial services industry, Oei was involved in supporting several children's charity programs including Children Heart Fund, Youth Arts Festival. She is a long term supporter of the local orphanage, Po Leung Kuk, and she has served as chairperson of Ronald McDonald House Charities Hong Kong since September 2008.
Javier Goizueta is a vice president of The Coca-Cola Company and leads a worldwide organization that is responsible for building the strategic alliance with McDonald's in more than 100 countries. Prior to joining The Coca-Cola Company, he spent 20 years with Procter & Gamble in U.S. Operations and in Latin America. Goizueta serves on several boards, including Woodruff Arts Center, Emory University, Notre Dame University's Institute for Latino Studies and Atlanta Ronald McDonald House Charities.
