North Alabama MLS Adds ListTrac, Improves its MLS-direct Syndication Strategy

Agents and Brokers Get Enhanced Dashboard to Monitor Listing Activity


HUNTSVILLE, Ala., Jan. 22, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- North Alabama Multiple Listing Service, Inc. (NALMLS), one of the South's leading multiple listing services (MLS) and provider of Valleymls.com, today announced a new partnership with ListTrac, which will allow its 3,000 members to monitor and measure online performance for every property listed.

ListTrac technology, known as the "Google Analytics for listings," will provide NALMLS brokers and agents with their own dashboards that will monitor the performance of their listings as they are viewed across the Internet.

Agents and brokers will be able to see and share with clients how many times each listing is viewed on which website, the average time someone spends viewing each listing, and the number of leads being received from each website – all at no cost to their brokers and agents.

North Alabama MLS has been on the leading edge of MLS-Direct–Syndication, executing agreements with Zillow, Trulia, Homes.com , Realtor.com as well as numerous other real estate portals. ListTrac monitoring code collects the information for every site where each listing appears and that information is rolled up and fed into the NAMLS dashboard from ListTrac servers.
