Hackman brings over 30 years of clinical and administrative healthcare experience to Prophecy. Including her most recent position as Coordinator, Nursing Outcomes & Professional Development at University of Missouri Health Care, Hackman's background in the acute care environment includes work in nursing professional development, nursing outcomes, performance improvement activities, and independent consultation to hospitals, health plans and physician groups. Hackman discovered her passion for performance improvement during the CQI movement of the 1990s and has since led hundreds of clinical improvement teams, educated numerous health care leaders on using PDSA and Lean principles and provided PI consultation to hospitals, physicians and health plans across the country.
Hackman's multi-faceted position includes working along side Prophecy's clinical team to assist with onsite training and development programs for new Prophecy clients, hosting education webinars geared towards topics most relevant to Nurse Managers and Clinical Educators, presenting on behalf of Prophecy at national healthcare conferences, as well as leading client-based research projects with facility clients.
