USAttorneys.com announces their National Scholarship Essay Contest

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL, Jan. 28, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Twice this year, USAttorneys.com will hold an essay contest to award a $2500 scholarship to one lucky student to put toward his or her tuition and fees, for a total of $5000 awarded. USAttorneys.com believes that everyone should be able to achieve the "American Dream".  With college tuition on the rise, it is getting harder for students to finish school and begin their professional life without the giant burden of student loan debt.  Being former law students themselves they understand the dedication involved in completing a law degree.  This scholarship is intended to help ease the financial burden and support students in their college endeavors.   

To be eligible, the applicant must be a US citizen, currently enrolled in an accredited American university or college, majoring in Pre-Law, Family Law, Law, Criminal Justice or Sociology.

To apply, students must submit a 1000 word legal essay outlining the step-by-step process of divorce proceedings.  Competitive candidates will describe and demonstrate knowledge of legal divorce proceedings.

The essay submission deadline is 12:00 midnight EST, July 14, 2015. Essays will then be reviewed by the USAttorneys.com Scholarship Committee and the winner will be announced July 15, 2015 on the USAttorneys.com website. The winner will also be notified via email.
