An honor that currently includes architects, interior designers and home building companies, Weekley is the first individual from a home builder to earn this prestigious distinction.

The seven inductees for the 2014 BALA Hall of Fame class consists of architects and interior designers, and is only the third group of individuals and companies the organization has inducted to reach a total number of 22 now in the Hall of Fame.
With their first awards given in 1984, the BALA Awards, presented by the National Association of Home Builders®, recognizes designers, builders, founders and members who have significantly impacted the residential design and construction industry. Created in 2008, the BALA Hall of Fame selects individuals and companies that have made significant contributions to the residential building industry, and that are some of the most creative and well-respected leaders in the business.
